Do I need drawings or plans of my proposed additions or renovations?
No, you just need to tell us what your needs, likes and requirements are, we take care of the design and the drawings.
Can I have input into the design?
We appreciate as much input as possible, that way we can design to your requirements and we like you to approve the final draft before we lodge at council.
Do I need plans and a survey of my existing dwelling?
If you have them already we can use them, otherwise we organise them.
Do you have fixed price contracts?
All our contracts are fixed price, this gives you peace of mind that your project won’t go over budget.
Do you guarantee your work?
All workmanship is covered by Home Warranty Insurance which in NSW is for seven years. Materials are covered by the individual manufacturers.
Do you take care of the Plumbing and Electricals?
Yes, it is all part of the project.
Are you insured?
We carry all the relevant insurances, please feel free to ask for copies.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
All work over $20,000.00 requires a 5% deposit, work under $20,000.00 requires a 10% deposit.
Do I need to pay progress payments through the job?
Yes, we work out a payments schedule with you that is fair and reasonable to both parties.
Can I ask for a recommendation or referral?

What if council refuses our Development Application?
With our experience we will not lodge any plans that we feel will be refused, if there is any doubt we will make you aware of the risks and a decision either way can be made.
